4. Allergen & Health Data (Special Category)

If you declare food allergens, this constitutes special-category health data under UK GDPR. We process this data only with your explicit consent, solely to ensure the safe preparation and delivery of your meals.

5. Data Retention

• Allergen data: deleted immediately upon account deletion request.
• Personal details (name, email, phone, address): permanently deleted 30 days after a deletion request.
• Anonymised delivery records: retained for 1 year for statistical purposes.

6. Your Data Subject Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data (download from My Account), erasure (request via My Account), rectification (edit in My Account), and lodge a complaint with the ICO.
